you will find to be very beneficial and a great time
saver. It is MLSpulse and it is our
free, automatic home search system. Enter the criteria
for your new home and MLSpulse will
keep you updated by email and/or a desktop alert on
any homes that meet your criteria as soon as they are
posted on the Multiple Listing Service. For those homes
that you save in your Portfolio, MLSpulse
will update you on any changes such as a price reduction
or that the home has gone under deposit.
In
a very active real estate market such as we have in
Connecticut, knowing about new listings even before
most REALTORS®, can be key to finding the new
home of your choice.

Local Info, you will find town and school information
for every municipality in the State, plus other information
on Bridgeport, Easton, Fairfield/Southport,

Trumbull. For any municipality, we would
be pleased to email to you both its town and school
report.
If
you are a first time homebuyer, you especially will
want to check the section “Mortgage Information”
under the tab Resources. Learn why your credit report
is so very important and why it is important for you
to get pre-approved for a mortgage. Also for the mortgage
that you are considering, calculate your monthly principal
and interest payments.
We
also offer valuable information for sellers. In “Home
Selling Articles” under the tab For Sellers,
you will find many informative articles on the home
selling process. Under the same tab, click on “How
Much is Your Home Worth?” and we will email
to you a free Comparative Market Analysis of your
home. “Our Marketing Plan” will outline
for you how we will assist you in the sale of your
home if we were fortunate enough to be chosen as your
listing agent.
